Docking Inspirit V1, FieldWiz V2, AdMos - What does the red cross displayed on the screen means (EN)

When a red cross is displayed on the docking screen, it means an error occurred either:

  • When data are synchronised from devices to the docking
  • When the docking Backup file is created or modified
  • When an issue occured with the USB memory stick
  • ...

Generally, we recommend to take the following actions:

  1. To wait 3 to 5 seconds at the end of the data synchronisation between the devices and the docking, before unplugging the USB memory stick
     
  2. To use only the USB memory stick, SanDisk red, provided with the docking
    Some recent USB memory sticks could work, but we do not guarantee it
     
  3. To try to Format the USB memory stick and try again
     
  4. If the problem keeps happening, the USB memory stick might need to be replaced
     
  5. If none of the above solves the issue, the docking station could be faulty and need to be fixed
